Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy of the portfolio company, with a special focus on leveraged buyouts (LBO).
- Manage the financial planning process, budget preparation, and forecasting.
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports to the investment fund.
- Coordinate and lead financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior management in making strategic decisions that drive the company’s growth and profitability.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the investment team of the fund and other investors.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial roles, preferably as a CFO or in similar positions, with a focus on the financial services sector.
- Previous experience working with investment funds, ideally in the context of LBO.
- Strong background in financial auditing, with experience in Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
- Proven skills in financial reporting and presentation to the board of directors and investment funds.
- Excellent leadership abilities and capacity to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
