Financial Controller

Our client, an international group specialized in services, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to strengthen its finance team for a 6-month interim assignment in a reinforcement context.
This assignment aims to enhance financial oversight, improve reporting processes, and support strategic decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the controlling function across business units
• Manage and develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting, including variance analysis
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Monitor KPIs and performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Support business leaders in improving operational and financial performance
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with group policies
• Drive process improvements and contribute to finance transformation initiatives
• Act as a key point of contact for key stakeholders 

Profile: 

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller /or Finance Manager
• Strong background in controlling within an international and multi-site environment
• Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
