Freelance AML Team Lead F/M

We are looking for a strong AML professional with leadership and coaching skills to take ownership of an operational team.

Your role
✅ Lead, coach, and develop a team of AML analysts
✅ Drive productivity, quality, and consistency in AML alert handling
✅ Oversee complex alerts, including cases requiring CTIF reporting
✅ Act as a hands‑on manager in a fast‑paced environment
✅ Bring structure, guidance, and accountability to the team

Your profile
✔️ Strong hands‑on experience with AML alerts
✔️ Proven people management and coaching experience
✔️ Fluent French is a must (strong knowledge of Dutch)
