Legal Advisor Mexican market F/M - International Logistics Company

On behalf of a leading logistics company with offices in Luxembourg city, we are recruiting a Legal Advisor who will focus on the Mexican market.

The Luxembourg office consists of 12 people, and you will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer, who is also based in Luxembourg.

 In addition to focusing on contracts as your primary responsibility (50% of your workload):

• Advise the company during negotiations, identifying major risks and recommending mitigation strategies
• Provide guidance on legal risks, compliance issues, and dispute resolution strategies
• Ensure the legal accuracy of documents in collaboration with external counsel based in Houston
• Develop and manage contract templates, policies, and standard terms
• Oversee legal aspects of business operations from negotiation through to execution
• Manage relationships with external legal partners to ensure strategic and cost-effective support
• Stay up to date with legal trends that may impact the business

You will also travel to Mexico twice a year. 

Profile :

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory
• Legal qualification, with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Own a dynamic personality with a can do, hands on attitude; you must be solution oriented
