Position: Technical Marketing Manager - Motor Driver 
Location: HsinChu 

Job Description: 

1.Market Intelligence & Roadmap Definition: Research market trends and competitors, identify opportunities and pain points, and define next-gen motor driver IC specs with R&D.

2.Go-To-Market & Business Development: Lead GTM activities and create marketing materials to promote products to Tier-1 customers and partners.

3.Customer Engagement & Design-In: Visit customers, present product value, collaborate with Sales/FAEs for design-ins, and manage the pipeline to revenue.

4. System-Level Support: Work with customers to resolve integration issues (e.g., thermal, EMI, diagnostics, current regulation) for successful implementation.

5. Ecosystem & Application Enablement: Develop evaluation boards, GUI tools, and reference designs to help customers accelerate time-to-market.

Job Requirement: 
1.B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Mechatronics.
2. Solid foundation in Power Electronics is required. Good understanding of motor driver principles (BLDC, PMSM, or Stepper motors) and drive topologies is highly preferred.
3.At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Application Engineering (AE/FAE) or System R&D in motor drives, power management, or industrial automation.
• Technical Marketing / Product Management (TME/PM) in the semiconductor industry.
4.Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
