Our client is a leading global real estate and workplace consulting firm, renowned for delivering innovative workplace, advisory, and property solutions to enterprises worldwide. They’re seeking a Workplace Planning & Advisory Consultant to lead workplace transformation initiatives and provide strategic advisory services that align workplace environments with business objectives, employee experience, etc.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end workplace strategy and advisory engagements, from research and stakeholder engagement through to recommendations and implementation planning.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and business leaders.
  • Facilitate focus groups, employee engagement sessions, and organisational workshops to gather insights and drive alignment.
  • Translate business, organisational, and people strategies into workplace solutions that support future ways of working.
  • Design, deploy, and analyse workplace surveys, qualitative research, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Analyse workplace utilisation, employee experience, and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, executive presentations, and visual storytelling materials for client delivery.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Support project commercial performance and identify opportunities for business growth and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across workplace strategy, design, project management, and real estate advisory functions.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in workplace strategy, workplace consulting, management consulting, organisational transformation, or related advisory fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent report writing, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution and delivery.
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English is required, and native in Mandarin.
