(12-months renewable contract)

Department: HR

Aim: We are seeking a well-rounded HR role with exposure to full-spectrum HR operations, including

recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee engagement, and involvement in HR projects

and policy implementation within a structured and dynamic environment.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update personnel files, HRIS records and other employee data in an accurate manner.

  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain e-leave system and related configuration.

  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters and other employee-related records.

  • Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in HR digitalization initiatives and support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including staff activities, wellness programs and employer branding efforts that foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Assist with internal communications on employee-related matters.

  • Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities, including orientation and training arrangements.

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure seamless candidate experience, including HRIS updates, job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and offer preparation.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

  • Less than 6 years of experience, ideally with relevant industry of manufacturing or pharmaceutical.

  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with ability collaborate with people and to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment

  • A team player with strong time management and problem-solving skill

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, responsible with positive working attitude

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality

  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
