With a strong international presence and a fast-growing APAC business, we are looking for a high-potential marketing professional to support our Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across Taiwan and Hong Kong. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and hands-on marketer with strong experience in field marketing, event management, content marketing, PR, and digital campaigns within a fast-paced international environment.
This role works closely with regional sales leadership, global marketing teams, external agencies, media partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Taiwan and Hong Kong aligned with regional business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and long-term market expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Event & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities including seminars, roundtables, webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and customer events.
- Manage event operations end-to-end, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis.
- Support customer retention initiatives through client engagement activities and strategic relationship-building programs.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Create and localize high-quality Traditional Chinese marketing materials including presentations, case studies, white papers, blog articles, social content, and sales collateral.
- Develop data-driven industry insights and marketing narratives to support business positioning and thought leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate with design, content, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling.
PR & Brand Communications
- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry associations, and external PR agencies.
- Support media exposure, PR campaigns, press releases, and executive visibility initiatives.
- Manage and optimize social media channels including LinkedIn and other regional platforms.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Support integrated digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage AI and digital marketing tools to improve operational efficiency and content production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing or regional marketing responsibilities.

- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and international working environment.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting commercial growth initiatives.
