At Morgan Philips, we are looking to incorporate an Executive Assistant for a corporate environment, whose main function will be to provide organizational and management support to Senior Management, ensuring the proper development of daily activities and facilitating internal and external coordination with various stakeholders.
Mission
Provide comprehensive support to management, ensuring effective management of the agenda, documentation, and communication, while contributing to operational fluidity between management and the various areas of the organization, external agents, and institutions.
Functions and responsibilities
Management and Coordination
- Perform administrative and management tasks related to the management area, ensuring efficiency and order in daily operations.
- Organize and manage the necessary documentation for reports to Senior Management and committees, guaranteeing confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle phone calls and emails, managing communication professionally, discreetly, and effectively.
- Manage the management's agenda, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Plan and coordinate trips, including transport and accommodation reservations.
- Receive and attend to visitors, offering professional service.
- Coordinate meetings and events, taking care of the necessary logistics.
Writing and Documentation
- Draft official documents, reports, and correspondence with clear and professional language.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations aligned with management’s needs.
- Manage and analyze data using spreadsheets, generating reports and charts.
- Format and draft documents using office tools.
- Manage internal and external correspondence.
Filing and Document Management
- Maintain an organized physical and digital filing system, ensuring accessibility and security of information.
- Update and safeguard relevant documentation for management.
Requirements
- Experience in billing
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar position.
- Languages: English level C1
- Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valuable specializations: Secretarial, Administration, or Executive Assistance.

Conditions
- Stable position in a professional and structured environment
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday: from 8:00 / 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
