Morgan Philips is seeking a Medical Manager – Oncology for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company.

As Medical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the medical strategy within oncology, serving as a key scientific expert and trusted partner for healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders.
The role offers broad exposure across the full spectrum of Medical Affairs activities, including scientific engagement, evidence generation, clinical research support, congress participation, advisory boards, medical education initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, market access, regulatory, and other internal teams. You will also play a key role in identifying emerging trends within the oncology landscape, gathering valuable insights from stakeholders, and helping to shape future medical strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute medical affairs activities within the oncology therapeutic area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Provide scientific and medical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support clinical studies, evidence-generation projects, and publication activities.
- Organize and participate in scientific meetings, advisory boards, and medical education initiatives.
- Generate medical insights and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced scientific qualifications are highly valued.
- Minimum 4-8 years of professional experience as Medical Advisor or Medical Manager, ideally previous experience as MSL.
- Experience in oncology/oncohaematology is a must
- Strong scientific and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
