Contract Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the finance department, ensuring alignment of financial strategies with corporate and operational goals of the plant.
- Oversee and manage all accounting, cost control, and financial reporting activities within the plant, ensuring accuracy and relevance of financial information.
- Develop and execute short and long-term financial plans, identifying opportunities for improvement and resource optimization to maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures that comply with applicable legal and statutory regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with plant and corporate operations leaders to provide financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering detailed analyses of plant performance and future projections.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and forecasting, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic plans.
- Assess and manage financial risks, as well as oversee internal and external audits.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and training within the finance team, promoting professional development and team growth.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial positions, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the industry and manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge in cost control, budgeting, financial planning, and working capital management in a plant environment.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage relationships with operational and corporate teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP tools (such as SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
