Project Sales Manager / 專案業務經理

Position Overview|職位概述

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing project sales team in Taiwan. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving specification-based sales, project development, market expansion, and team performance across Semiconductor, Data Center, Industrial, Commercial Building, and Infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will possess strong project sales experience, commercial acumen, and an established network with consultants, EPC contractors, M&E firms, developers, construction companies, and end-users. This position requires both hands-on business development capability and people management experience to lead, coach, and grow the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities|主要職責

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the project sales team to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
  • Set team goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability across the organization.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and career development support for team members.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.

Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
  • Identify and develop key projects within Semiconductor, Data Center, Industrial, Commercial Building, and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, M&E firms, developers, and end-users.
  • Drive market share growth through strategic account development and project penetration.

Project Sales & Specification Management

  • Manage the complete project sales cycle, including project identification, specification development, tendering, negotiation, award, and project execution.
  • Promote solutions during project design stages and secure specification approvals.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with project stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project pipeline visibility and forecasting through CRM tools.

Consultant, EPC & Industry Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with M&E consultants, engineering firms, architects, project owners, and construction stakeholders.
  • Organize technical seminars, customer workshops, and industry networking activities.
  • Influence project specifications and secure preferred vendor positioning in key projects.

Commercial Management

  • Manage project pricing, profitability, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor project performance, business opportunities, and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications|資格條件

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management experience.
  • Proven success in project-based sales involving consultants, contractors, EPC companies, developers, or industrial customers.
  • Strong industry network within Construction, HVAC, M&E, Data Center, Industrial, or Engineering sectors.
  • Experience in specification sales and managing complex multi-stakeholder project cycles.
  • At least 2 years of people management, sales leadership, or team supervisory experience preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
  • Engineering, Mechanical, Building Services, Business, or related disciplines are advantageous.
  • Candidates with strong industry experience will be considered regardless of academic background.
