Key Responsibilities

Quality & Reliability Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve product reliability and device-level issues by leveraging core technical expertise.

Test & Yield Optimization: Collaborate with Product Engineering (PE) and Global Quality (GQ) to enhance test coverage for RMA and Back-End (BE) failures, and drive yield improvement initiatives (PG/PTS).

Defect & DPM Reduction: Monitor and drive component- and module-level DPM reduction, supporting Burn-In improvements and shift-left quality strategies.

Risk & Excursion Support: Assist with critical SWRs, RAR risk assessments, management of Fab excursion-affected materials, and RMA workflows.

Reliability Testing: Support Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) and Wafer Level Burn-In (WLBI) monitoring to ensure robust product quality.

Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize statistical tools (such as SPC, DOE, and data analysis) to track quality metrics, analyze yield variations, and support process control.

Standardization & Documentation: Help define and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support quality audits and corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field).

Experience: 3 years of experience in product quality, manufacturing, process engineering, or product engineering within the semiconductor or electronics industry.

Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in statistical analysis, quality systems, problem-solving methodologies, and semiconductor process flows.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across multi-functional groups.
