Associate Dean

Your Responsibilities

As the Associate Dean for BBA Programs, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic and academic leadership to enhance the quality, reputation, and enrollment of our BBA offerings. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Program Leadership & Management: Align the BBA International Program with the university’s goals, enhancing its reputation through strategic leadership. Monitor faculty performance by setting clear standards and overseeing recruitment and development, while contributing to university planning and implementing effective learning outcomes and student engagement strategies.

• Student Experience & Support: Cultivate a student-centered culture to foster engagement, satisfaction, and achievement. Collaborate with student services to enhance career readiness, success, and internship opportunities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen partnerships with industry, alumni, and employers to improve networking, internships, and job placements. Enrich the curriculum with current business practices and experiential learning opportunities, promoting the program through professional events and marketing efforts to attract top students.

• Student Recruitment: Expand local and global recruitment efforts to double BBA enrollment, including launching initiatives for the new BBA (Chinese–English) program in China.

• Marketing Strategies: Work in collaboration with the Business Development Division to ensure marketing strategies align with program goals, enhancing the visibility and appeal of BBA offerings through targeted outreach, digital campaigns, and strategic messaging.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate (PhD or DBA) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least seven years of professional experience within the business sector, including a minimum of three years in a leadership role with demonstrated strategic impact.
• Proven ability to bridge the corporate world and academia, integrating industry insights into educational contexts, with a solid foundation in business education being advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• A strong commitment to creating a collaborative, inclusive, and student-centered academic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of global business education trends, curriculum development, and innovative teaching practices.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, including the ability to foster partnerships with industry leaders, alumni networks, and academic bodies to enhance program visibility and impact.
