Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, contributing to corporate strategy, long-term planning, and value creation
- Lead financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and operational scalability across markets
- Provide financial insight and challenge to major business decisions, investments, and expansion initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end finance functions, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, risk, and internal control
- Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards consistent with listed company requirements
- Manage relationships with Board, Audit Committee, investors, banks, auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
- Support commercial leadership on pricing strategy, trade investment, margins, and customer profitability
- Provide strong financial oversight to manufacturing operations, including cost control, capex, inventory, and productivity improvement
- Implement best-in-class performance management across supply chain and operations
- Oversee financial management of domestic and international transactions, including cross-border trade, FX exposure, transfer pricing, and tax structuring
- Lead M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships as required
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large-scale, high-performing finance organization
- Build strong succession, capability development, and a culture of accountability and excellence
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader within a large-scale FMCG or consumer goods organization
- Listed company experience is essential, including board-level reporting and capital market exposure
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and commercial business models
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a strategic, enterprise-wide level while maintaining operational rigor
- Experience managing complex, multinational operations and transactions
- Track record of leading and developing large, diverse finance teams
- Excellent leadership presence with the ability to influence at CEO, Board, and investor level
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent
- MBA or advanced degree is an advantage
