Country Manager Thailand

Your responsibilities
As the Country Manager for Thailand, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of our business in the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the local team to achieve operational excellence and exceed business objectives.
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve market share in the transport sector.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and industry partners.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies in all aspects of operations.
• Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Collaborating with global teams to align local operations with overall company goals and enhance efficiency.

Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Country Manager with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within the transport or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Thai market and the transport sector, with an established network of contacts.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Thai and English.
• A track record of developing and executing successful business strategies that lead to revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
