Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets within a specific territory or account portfolio.

Clinical Support & Education: Provide hands-on technical support and product education to healthcare professionals during medical procedures or operating room cases, or product trials.

Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams to drive brand loyalty and product adoption.

Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on scientific insights, clinical data, and category trends to effectively demonstrate product value and secure hospital product listings.
Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree, typically in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Business.

Experience: 1 to 3+ years of medical or B2B sales experience. Background in pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, or direct clinical settings is a major advantage.

Skills: Excellent communication (often in both English and Cantonese in the Hong Kong), strategic thinking, adaptability, and an aptitude for mastering complex medical technologies.
