General Manager (Industrial Services)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Industrial Services Business Unit, taking charge of full P&L responsibility and driving significant outcomes in business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Business Leadership & Growth: Guide the Industrial Services Business Unit towards achieving revenue targets, managing costs effectively, and ensuring strong EBITDA performance. Strategically identify and exploit new market opportunities and partnerships, both domestically and internationally. Develop and implement sustainable long-term business strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee comprehensive operational activities, including chemical and mechanical cleaning, decommissioning, and pipeline and offshore projects. Ensure high standards of operational reliability, efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness while promoting continuous improvement and innovation through the adoption of advanced technologies.

• Commercial & Customer Engagement: Develop and implement robust commercial strategies aimed at profitable growth. Strengthen relationships with key customers to improve retention and satisfaction. Lead complex negotiations, proposals, and strategic contracts to secure critical business opportunities.

• Leadership & People Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team focused on achieving both commercial and operational excellence. Foster effective talent development processes and succession planning while cultivating a culture of safety, accountability, learning, and teamwork.

• Safety, Compliance & ESG: Promote a strong health and safety culture in alignment with company standards. Ensure regulatory, environmental, and customer compliance in all operational activities. Champion environmental, social, and governance initiatives to drive sustainable practices within the business.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of senior leadership experience in Industrial Services or related sectors like Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals, including exposure to offshore and international projects.
• Demonstrable expertise in P&L management with a proven track record of driving business growth and financial performance.
• Strong commercial acumen, with significant experience in sales leadership and business development.
• A solid understanding of operations management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• A strategic and innovative mindset, adept at implementing technical service solutions.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
