Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and client-focused RM to expand and manage our client base across Asia. This role is ideal for a banking professional with strong client acquisition experience, a deep understanding of regional markets, and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new clients across target Asian markets

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth

Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions and advisory services

Achieve individual sales and revenue targets through effective portfolio management

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Asia

Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Travel within the region to meet clients and expand business opportunities
Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in banking or financial services

Proven track record in client acquisition and business development

Strong network and market knowledge within Asia (Southeast Asia preferred)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the region
Preferred Qualifications

Existing portfolio of clients or strong industry connections

Experience handling high-net-worth (HNW) or corporate clients

Multilingual abilities relevant to Asian markets
