Manufacturing Director (Outside Bangkok)

Your Responsibilities

As the leader of our manufacturing operations, you will have full ownership of high-volume production across multiple facilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Multi-Site Manufacturing Leadership:

• Oversee and enhance production operations within a complex, multi-plant environment, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous output in a fast-paced setting.
• Integrated Production Platform Oversight: Manage the end-to-end manufacturing setup, from raw material processing to finished goods production, ensuring quality standards and operational stability while driving continuous optimization across the value chain.

Operational Excellence & Transformation:

• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, optimize costs, and enhance processes across all manufacturing sites. You will focus on engineering utilization, workforce development, and asset efficiency, fostering a culture centered around continuous improvement.

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Leadership:

• Set and drive the SHE agenda across the manufacturing network, ensuring strong governance and compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a high-performance safety record.

Strategic Projects & Regional Collaboration:

• Spearhead significant transformation initiatives such as capital projects and operational restructuring, aligning regional operations with overarching manufacturing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Your Profile

We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-site manufacturing operations, particularly within high-volume, process-driven industries such as FMCG, packaging, or industrial manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience in operational improvement, cost management, and capability building.

• A solid understanding of engineering principles, plant operations, and industrial safety standards.
• The ability to navigate complex environments and lead diverse manufacturing teams effectively.
• A credible leadership presence with strong influencing skills to engage and motivate senior stakeholders and teams alike.
