Product Support Engineer  | Semiconductor Equipment × Linux × Server

We’re looking for an engineer with semiconductor equipment support experience and strong knowledge of Linux, servers, and troubleshooting.

If you enjoy solving technical problems, working closely with customers on-site, and gaining exposure to advanced semiconductor manufacturing and Equipment Intelligence (EI) applications, I’d love to hear from you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities

・Provide Equipment Intelligence (EI) application support at semiconductor fab customer sites
・Deploy and maintain Linux-based servers and related applications
・Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure system stability and uptime
・Work closely with internal Software Teams on bug troubleshooting, patches, and issue resolution
・Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on-site, providing technical support, training, and documentation
・Travel domestically and internationally based on business needs, currently approximately 35% travel

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment support
✔ Proficiency in Linux, command-line tools, and server management
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages is a plus
✔ Familiarity with SSH, VPN, networking, and remote system access tools is a plus
✔ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
✔ Strong English communication and customer-facing skills
✔ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
