📝 What will your key responsibilities be?
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities across key industries and strategic accounts.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients aligned with strategic growth objectives.
- Generate revenue through consultative selling and solution-based commercial strategies.
- Strategic Consulting & Opportunity Identification
- Understand client business challenges and translate them into strategic digital, commerce and transformation opportunities.
- Design tailored value propositions and strategic proposals aligned to client needs.
- Act as trusted advisor during early-stage commercial conversations.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead executive-level commercial presentations, proposals and negotiations.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships and client retention opportunities.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor digital, retail, commerce and technology trends to proactively identify whitespace opportunities.
- Understand competitive landscape and evolving client needs within the market.
- Collaborate internally to shape innovative offerings aligned to market demand.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Strategy, Media, Data, Creative and Tech teams to co-create integrated business solutions.
- Partner with internal SMEs to ensure proposals are commercially competitive and strategically sound.
⚠️ Remember:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, consulting sales, account growth or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in generating and closing new business opportunities.
- Experience in digital/marketing/commerce/consulting/technology industries.
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital ecosystem and omnichannel strategies
- Commerce / retail / consumer journey evolution
- Data / technology / innovation trends
- Consultative / solution selling methodologies
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and revenue-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English.
