Role objective:
Lead the company’s financial and operational strategy, ensuring financial discipline, operational efficiency, and strategic support for business growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Financial planning
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Manage cash flow and cost structure
2. Investor relations
• Prepare financial reports
• Monitor business performance
3. Operations
• Optimize internal processes
• Improve operational efficiency
4. Strategy
• Act as a key partner to the CEO
• Evaluate growth opportunities
5. Governance
• Implement internal controls
• Professionalize company structure
Candidate profile:
Education:
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA preferred
Experience:
• 10+ years in finance and/or operations
• Experience in startups or tech companies
Mandatory (non-negotiable):
• Experience in companies with:
• Advanced English (mandatory)
