At Morgan Philips Mexico, we are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for a fast-growing B2B technology company focused on financial automation solutions.
The company is at a key stage, transitioning towards a scalable and structured commercial organization.
Role objective:
Lead the company’s revenue strategy by integrating Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, building a strong and scalable commercial organization in an enterprise sales environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Commercial strategy
• Define and execute the company’s growth strategy
• Expand into new markets (financial institutions, banks, SOFOMES)
2. Enterprise sales
• Lead consultative sales processes with CFOs and operations leaders
• Manage complex, long sales cycles
3. Marketing
• Drive positioning and demand generation
4. Customer Success
• Ensure client retention and expansion
5. Team building
• Scale the commercial team
• Define structure, processes, and KPIs
Candidate profile:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
• 10+ years in B2B sales
• Experience in technology, fintech, or SaaS
• Proven track record in enterprise sales
Mandatory (non-negotiable):
• Experience in technology companies with:
- Annual revenue between USD 5M and 10M
- Headcount between 20 and 50 employees
• Advanced English (mandatory)
