This is a highly efficient organization with a proven business model, currently in a scale-up stage, supported by a strong technical team and a clear growth vision.
Role objective:
Lead the company’s technology strategy and engineering team, ensuring the development of scalable solutions in high-transaction environments while supporting rapid business growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Technology strategy
• Define the technology vision aligned with business growth
• Design scalable and resilient architectures
• Drive adoption of new technologies (AI, automation, cloud)
2. Engineering leadership
• Lead and scale the technical team
• Establish development standards and best practices
• Ensure quality, stability, and performance
3. Product development
• Collaborate closely with Product and CEO
• Translate business needs into technology solutions
4. Scalability and efficiency
• Manage technical debt
• Optimize resources in a fast-growing environment
Candidate profile:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience:
• 10+ years in software development
• Experience as CTO or senior technical leader in high-growth environments
Mandatory (non-negotiable):
• Current or recent experience in technology companies with:

• Annual revenue between USD 5M and 10M
• Headcount between 20 and 50 employees

Technical skills:
• Distributed systems architecture
• Cloud infrastructure
• High-transaction systems
Languages:
• Advanced English (mandatory)
Key competencies:
• Hands-on technical profile
• Strong leadership skills
• Strategic mindset
