At Morgan Philips Mexico, we are looking for a Finance & Administration Manager in Querétaro.
Our client is an international company operating in the industrial equipment sector, commercializing highly specialized products across multiple industries. While Mexico is currently a relatively small operation, it represents a strategic market with significant growth potential within LATAM.
The Finance & Administration Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth and professionalization of the Mexican organization. This is a broad, hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management, controlling, administration, HR processes, logistics, and compliance.
The successful candidate will lead the full finance and controlling cycle, including monthly closings and reporting, variance analysis, management commentary, business performance monitoring, cash flow planning, intercompany transactions, and coordination with external tax advisors. The role will ensure compliance with corporate governance, reporting standards, and local requirements.
In addition, the Finance & Administration Manager will oversee the company’s administrative and operational support functions in a lean organization. This includes supervising Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable resources, managing external vendors and outsourced services, and acting as a back-up for key processes when required.
The position will also supervise logistics and supply chain activities, coordination with customs and import agents, and a small warehouse operation. Ensuring operational continuity, efficiency, and appropriate back-up processes will be an important part of the role.
On the HR administration side, responsibilities include coordinating outsourced payroll, managing employee lifecycle processes such as hires and terminations, and validating and releasing monthly payroll.
