We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our Finance & Accounting talent search team within the Specialist Recruitment division in Mexico.

Role Purpose

The Consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on specialized Finance and Accounting roles, working closely with clients across multiple industries.

This role combines commercial, analytical, and relationship management skills to ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and prospect new potential clients

• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals

• Maintain and update the client database

• Plan and execute sales strategies

• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Recruitment Process Management

• Execute full-cycle recruitment (job briefing, sourcing, assessment, and placement)

• Attract top Finance and Accounting talent

• Conduct interviews and present candidates to clients

• Provide continuous follow-up, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients

• Update reports and the global talent database

What We Are Looking For

• 0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

• Previous recruitment experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Psychology, Business, or related fields)

• Strong interest in understanding organizational structures, financial profiles, and business dynamics

• Advanced English level

• Experience with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proactive, organized, and results-driven profile
