Key Responsibilities
• Provide financial insights by analyzing data, identifying trends and potential issues, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance business performance
• Support General Accounting, Reporting & Consolidation activities in alignment with established policies, procedures, and strategies
• Assist in implementing changes related to Accounting & Reporting within the assigned scope
• Participate in financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure accuracy of financial data through reconciliations and exception analysis
• Support internal control processes over financial reporting and assist in coordination efforts
• Ensure processes and controls within the responsible area are properly designed and comply with Group and local requirements
• Maintain clear and complete audit trails and documentation to support internal, external, and tax audits
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual performance against budget and forecast, and recommend improvement actions
• Perform KPI benchmarking against internal and external standards
• Collaborate with finance teams to understand performance drivers and identify key trends
• Support order-related processes and coordinate with relevant teams to monitor order progress
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong hands-on accounting experience, with proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Logical thinking, structured approach, and basic system or programming mindset
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, team-oriented while able to work independently
• 4–7 years of experience in a multinational company, including solid accounting experience and at least 3 years in financial analysis
