Head of Supply Chain

The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing the complete supply chain function, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, distribution, imports, warehouse operations, and continuous process improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring high service levels and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute demand planning and forecasting strategies to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Oversee inventory control practices, minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
• Manage distribution center (DC/CEDIS) operations, including warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate and manage international sourcing and import operations from Asia, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to inventory, service levels, forecasting accuracy, logistics, and operational performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and customer service.
• Manage and develop high-performing supply chain teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Interational Trade.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain leadership roles.
• Proven experience distributing products through Retail Channels.
• Strong background managing Distribution Centers (DCs/CEDIS) and warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing imports from Asia and international supply chain processes.

• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
