At Morgan Philips, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager for an international company specialized in pharmaceuticals and dermocosmetics.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions within the organization. This role will serve as a key business partner to the General Director, driving people strategies that align with business objectives, while ensuring operational excellence, organizational development, and full compliance with labor regulations.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong operational capabilities, able to drive organizational transformation, strengthen company culture, and develop talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Serve as a strategic HR partner to the General Director, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage full-cycle HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, and organizational culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop one HR team member.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of generalist HR experience, preferably in small or growing companies.
  •  Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and capable of balancing strategic and operational work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English
