What You’ll Do

Audio Test & Algorithm Development

• Develop and optimize audio test algorithms for both validation and production environments
• Apply AI methodologies to enhance testing accuracy, automation, and efficiency

Software & Production Enablement

• Build and deploy software tools for lab and factory (production line) usage
• Improve algorithm and software performance to drive manufacturing efficiency and yield

Data & Quality Engineering

• Perform test data processing, analysis, and insights generation
• Identify issues and drive data-driven improvements across product quality and production

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Contribute technical expertise and guide teams in solving complex engineering challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on product specifications, validation strategy, and test coverage optimization
• Partner closely with JDM and factory teams to ensure successful product ramp and execution

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in audio development or testing, with hands-on exposure to factory/manufacturing environments
• Strong experience with SoundCheck, Audio Precision, or similar audio measurement tools
• Solid understanding of audio principles, testing methodologies, and validation frameworks
• Hands-on experience in test station setup and production line integration
• Experience in system integration and end-to-end product validation
• Familiarity with Android system architecture
• Basic knowledge of optics is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
