Regional Manager LATAM - International Education

A global EdTech platform focused on connecting international students, recruitment partners, and higher education institutions is looking for a Regional Manager LATAM to lead growth and strategic development across the region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for driving regional performance through the development of strong partner networks, localized market strategies, and leadership of a business development team. The position plays a critical role in expanding market presence, increasing student enrollment, and strengthening the company’s competitive position across Latin America.

The role combines strategy, leadership, and partnership development, operating at the intersection of international education, B2B relationship management, and regional growth.

Who are you?

  • Professional with 6–10 years of experience in business development, account management, or international student recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing or developing B2B partner networks (e.g. agents, distributors, or channel partners).
  • Strong background in international education, EdTech, or related industries (highly preferred).
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams, with a track record of driving performance and growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage regional or multi-country operations, ideally within LATAM.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Data-driven approach, with experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar) and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What will you do?

  • Own and drive the growth strategy for LATAM, identifying priority markets and opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and expand a network of high-impact recruitment partners and institutions.
  • Develop and execute localized recruitment and market expansion strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a regional business development team, ensuring alignment with performance targets and company goals.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance using data and analytics, driving continuous improvement in enrollment outcomes.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the ecosystem, including agents, consultants, and institutions.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and recruitment fairs across the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure cohesive execution of regional strategies.
  • Drive partner training and enablement initiatives to improve quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or international recruitment.
  • Experience managing B2B relationships and partner ecosystems.
  • Proven leadership experience with team management or mentorship responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Experience working across multiple LATAM markets is highly valued.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
