Chief Executive Officer (Healthcare)

Morgan Philips is working exclusively with a privately owned European Healthcare provider (Hospitals) in their search for an ASIA CEO. The selected candidate will work hand in hand with the Group CEO in expanding the firm's greenfield hospital footprint across Southeast ASIA.

This is NOT another CEO figurehead role but an entrepreneurial opportunity which entails:

• Working with investors, banks, law firms and private equity players in considering Organic/ Inorganic growth options (i.e. Fund raising, M&A, JVs, SPVs)
• Partnering with contractors, real estate players, government parties and healthcare networks in establishing the firm's foundation, license, brand and growth strategy across the region.
• Attracting and recruiting top talents and CXO's (CEO, CHRO, CFO, CMO, CSO, CIO, CTO, Chief Nurses) to run each hospital and country locally.
• Origination and execution of group strategy - from high level to ground operations - with the Board of Directors utilizing an extremely lean & high performing team, for starters.
• Eventual running of groundwork and Hospital operations with frequent travelling across ASIA and Middle East.

Who we want to speak to:

• An Executive with proven experience in setting up greenfield Healthcare providers/ Hospitals
• Respectable exposure in Consulting (MBB) or Private Equity/ Corporate Finance within the Healthcare sector
• A communicative leader with the ability to cascade group strategies seamlessly and efficiently to EXCO's and company external partners
• Thought leaders in the Healthcare sector - someone with an undisputed network consisting of the region's best doctors, surgeons, nurses and specialist care providers
• A visionary willing to play the long game, following the firm's IPO intentions down the line
