Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of AI Server Business & Technology to lead our high-performance computing (HPC) and AI server business unit. In this strategic leadership role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and global market execution—spearheading the development, manufacturing engineering, and commercial success of next-generation AI infrastructure, including liquid-cooled systems and advanced rack-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product roadmap for AI servers and advanced server architectures, aligning technical capabilities with hyperscale and enterprise market demands.

Cross-Functional Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle from design-in and engineering to high-volume manufacturing (HVM), ensuring flawless execution across NPI (New Product Introduction) phases.

Ecosystem & Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage strategic deep-tech relationships with key silicon vendors (GPU/CPU/ASIC), advanced packaging providers, and major cloud service providers (CSPs).

Operational & Financial Accountability: Own the P&L for the AI server business unit, driving revenue growth, supply chain resilience, and manufacturing efficiency.

Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team of engineering managers, product managers, and business development professionals.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years in the server hardware/software background, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership/director capacity specifically focused on data center hardware or AI infrastructure.

Technical Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of AI server system architecture, high-density server design, thermal management (liquid cooling/CPO), and high-speed signal integrity.

Market Track Record: Proven experience managing business relationships with tier-1 Global Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) or massive-scale AI infrastructure buyers.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. An MBA is highly desirable.

Leadership Style: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving cross-border and cross-functional collaboration.
