Morgan Philips has been exclusively selected to take on the assignment of a Head of HRBP for a one of the largest Tech companies in the world. An exciting position to grow with the company as they seek to penetrate new markets and introduce new product lines.
You will be partnering with the local MD/CEO to:
- Strategic Planning: Help the organization become future-ready by focusing on the existing workforce and preparing them for the future. This involves strategic workforce and succession planning to ensure the organization is the right shape, size and agility for the future.
- Performance Management: planning, monitoring, developing, rating, rewarding
- People development, Reskilling and upskilling: Identify training needs and assist the L&D team in aligning training programs with business objectives
- Coaching and consulting leadership about HR matters: to equip and enable leadership to handle organizational, people, and change-related issues
- Build a Competitive Organization: Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance for line managers e.g., mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.), as well as help with optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve business performance.
- Devise programs to attract & retain the best talent: Develop or assist in creating a future-proof compensation and benefits strategies, innovative recruitment strategies and reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement
Who we are looking for:
- Not only a people champion and an administrative expert but also a strategic partner and change agent for the business. We are looking for a passionate, dynamic individual to drive evolution, set priorities, and deliver business results.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience with background in HRBP
- Excellent communication & team player with pleasant personality
- Individual must possess organizational skills, creativity, adaptability and problem-solving skills
