Morgan Philips Group has partnered with a MNC pharmaceutical organization recognized for its global presence in multiple TA. As the company undergoes a significant regional expansion, we are seeking a highly specialized Medical Affairs talent (Oncology) to join their division. This is a critical role for a scientific expert dedicated to advancing innovative cancer therapies and fostering high-level peer-to-peer relationships within the oncology community. You will serve as the primary scientific bridge between the organization and the clinical landscape, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, non-promotional medical data.
What You'll Do
- Scientific Expert Leadership: Act as the authoritative scientific resource for assigned oncology disease areas, maintaining an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of clinical and translational data.
- KOL Engagement & Partnership: Identify, build, and sustain long-term strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical investigators, and researchers within leading academic institutions.
- Medical Insight Generation: Capture and synthesize actionable insights from the field to inform the company’s broader medical and clinical strategies, ensuring the voice of the medical community is heard.
- Scientific Exchange & Data Communication: Present complex clinical trial results and scientific information with clarity and credibility, facilitating high-quality dialogue with oncology specialists.
- Strategic Medical Support: Lead and support medical advisory boards and represent the organization at major national and international oncology congresses.
- Compliance-Led Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align on medical objectives while strictly adhering to internal and external compliance guidelines.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
- Education: Advanced scientific degree is required (MD, PharmD, or PhD).
- Therapeutic Expertise: A deep clinical background in Oncology is essential for success in this role.
- Technical Proficiency: Exceptional ability to interpret, analyze, and discuss complex oncology clinical trial data and translate it into meaningful scientific dialogue.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to engage with high-level academic researchers and clinicians.
