Sales Director (FMCG)

Your Responsibilities

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dynamic sales team across all channels. You will develop and implement robust sales strategies aimed at maximizing distribution and enhancing sales force effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving profit margins and category growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Expanding distribution networks and fostering strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
• Leading people management practices to build a high-performing sales culture.
• Setting ambitious sales targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Analyzing market trends and sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 20 years of experiences in the FMCG sector with minimum of 10 years experiences leading large team in both Traditional and Modern Trade Channel. 

You should have:

• Strong expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends, and to make informed decisions.
• A passion for the FMCG industry and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
