We are currently seeking a Regional Medical Affairs Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the scientific bridge between our innovative pipeline and the regional medical community.

Key Responsibilities
1. Scientific Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement the regional Medical Affairs plan in alignment with the Global/Regional brand strategy and pipeline priorities.

Identify, map, and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals across the region.

Lead the regional generation of scientific data and Real-World Evidence (RWE) to support product value propositions.

Serve as the regional scientific expert for both marketed products and pipeline assets.
2. Therapeutic Area Coverage & Pipeline Support

Manage a dynamic portfolio, covering both specialty care and primary care.

Provide strategic insights to the clinical development team regarding trial feasibility, site selection, and patient recruitment at the regional level.

Drive advisory board meetings and scientific symposia to gather critical insights for pipeline development.
3. Medical Information & Education

Ensure accurate, fair, and balanced medical information is disseminated to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Develop and approve medical education materials and slide decks for external presentations (in compliance with local regulations).

Conduct internal training to ensure commercial and sales teams are medically equipped to represent our products.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the "Medical Conscience" for the regional commercial team, ensuring all activities are evidence-based and compliant.

Collaborate with Market Access teams to support value dossier creation and reimbursement strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
-
Advanced Degree: Science and medical educational background are required, Ph.D. is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Therapeutic Knowledge: Experience in specialty Care is preferred, but a proven ability to learn and adapt to new therapy areas is essential.

Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the ethical boundaries between Medical Affairs and Commercial functions.

Regulatory: Strong knowledge of local pharmaceutical codes of conduct and regulatory requirements.
