Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our team developing hardware testing solutions for next-generation semiconductor devices. In this role, you will collaborate with global engineering teams and customers to deliver high-performance test interface hardware.

You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle—from requirement analysis and feasibility studies to design execution, project management, verification, and quality control. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technologies and complex high-speed hardware systems in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design semiconductor test hardware solutions for next-generation devices supporting customers worldwide.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, ensuring specifications are complete, feasible, and technically sound.
• Propose interface hardware solutions to address electrical and mechanical gaps, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Perform project sizing and planning, including schedule, cost estimation, resource planning, and feasibility analysis.
• Lead the design of critical hardware components in complex projects, including:
  • High-speed signal topology
  • RF signal design
  • High-current signal paths
  • Signal integrity considerations
  • Mechanical constraints
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
  • Design for Assembly (DFA)
• Manage project execution by coordinating resources, assigning tasks, monitoring schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality control.
• Serve as a cross-functional interface between customers, internal engineering teams, and manufacturing/assembly partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to technical roadmap development and R&D initiatives.
• Support team growth through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical training.
• Deliver technical training sessions and seminars to customers.
• Maintain close collaboration with global engineering teams and customers.
