Role Overview

Seeking a Signal & Power Integrity Engineer to support the development of next-generation AI Server and HPC platforms. You will be responsible for electrical simulations, design optimization, and performance validation across high-speed interfaces and power delivery networks, working closely with hardware design teams to ensure system reliability and signal quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform SI/PI and electrical simulations for AI Server, PCB, and system-level designs.
  • Develop simulation models and analyze design performance under various operating conditions.
  • Provide recommendations on high-speed interfaces, PCB routing, power delivery, grounding, and decoupling strategies.
  • Deliver simulation reports with design insights, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
  • Support engineering best practices and mentor junior team members on simulation methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Signal Integrity and/or Power Integrity engineering.
  • Solid understanding of PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, NVLink, or other high-speed technologies.
  • Knowledge of PCB stack-up design, impedance control, and power delivery concepts.
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC considerations and electrical performance verification.
  • Experience with industry-standard simulation tools such as HFSS, SIwave, ADS, PowerSI, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
