  • Experience in NAND or DRAM interface I/O design, with solid understanding of basic concepts
  • Familiar with NAND Flash interface communication protocols and electrical characteristics, with the ability to interpret technical specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of NAND signal testing methodologies and measurement techniques.
  • Capable of supporting ESD and EOS analysis and providing relevant technical input.
  • Provide technical support to customers on I/O-related issues.

IP Responsibilities

  • Perform CP, FT, ESD-latch, and HTOL test result reviews; conduct yield analysis and prepare summary test reports.
  • Able to read and interpret AIP datasheets; support customer and PM inquiries.
  • Support RMA analysis and provide preliminary debugging guidance to PE and FAE teams.
  • ​Conduct basic analog IP measurements and perform simple verification checks.
​​Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication).
  • Strong understanding of DDR protocol testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Skilled in using FA tools such as protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, and UART interfaces for data analysis.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in troubleshooting, system validation, or application engineering.
