Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Business & Operations Excellence to act as a key business partner, driving insights, optimizing commercial operations, and enhancing financial performance. This role will identify key value drivers, establish KPIs, and lead projects that improve efficiency, profitability, and market access for our innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Insight & Analysis – Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and commercial performance to guide strategic decisions in marketing, sales, and business development.

KPI & Performance Management – Define, track, and report on key performance indicators. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Sales Enablement – Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making and improve sales effectiveness.

Process & Operational Excellence – Lead initiatives to streamline commercial processes, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen internal controls.

Financial & Commercial Partnership – Support pricing, market access strategy, and pipeline analytics. Perform P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and improve financial awareness across the organization.

Project & Program Leadership – Oversee cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams, including coordination with offshore and Shanghai-based finance and accounting teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.

5 years of relevant experience in finance, commercial excellence, or business operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proven experience in business partnering with senior executives and driving sales effectiveness.

Strong background in financial analysis, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
