Role Purpose
The job holder serves as a critical backbone to the commercial team, ensuring seamless alignment between sales strategies and operational execution. With a focus on high-value capital equipment and complex hospital tender protocols, this role optimizes internal processes and maintains data integrity to drive organizational productivity and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture evolving business needs and implement robust sales and customer-related workflows.
  • Apply years of industry expertise to refine existing policies and practices, ensuring internal customer satisfaction and peak employee productivity.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of hospital bidding cycles to streamline tender documentation, ensuring all submissions meet rigorous legal and technical standards.
  • Ensure the highest levels of data precision and process consistency across all sales and marketing CRM systems.
  • Lead the maintenance of department-wide databases, safeguarding the accuracy of long-term sales records and historical contract data.
  • Synthesize complex sales data into actionable insights; monitor performance trends and measure the impact of operational changes to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with management to compile annual budget information, providing detailed reports and tracking departmental expenditures.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive operational reports, identifying key metrics that influence the long-term commercial roadmap.
  • Lead and facilitate departmental meetings with fluent English proficiency, acting as a primary liaison for regional or global coordination.
  • Oversee clerical accounting tasks and general office duties, ensuring the administrative infrastructure supports a high-performance sales environment.
Requirement:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business support, or commercial administration within the Life Sciences or Medical Device sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value capital equipment sales cycles and hospital tender (Bidding) administrative processes.
  • Advanced skills in CRM management (Salesforce/Dynamics) and high-level excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for process optimization.
