- Design and execute global and regional 3P sourcing strategies that directly support overarching business and operational goals.
- Oversee end‑to‑end management of a global network of 150+ third‑party suppliers, ensuring consistent compliance with business expectations, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Conduct make‑versus‑buy analyses to determine the most cost‑effective and operationally efficient sourcing models.
- Continuously assess and enhance the 3P supplier ecosystem by identifying gaps, optimizing supplier selection, and taking corrective actions where inefficiencies exist.
- Achieve annual cost‑savings targets through the implementation of value‑driven sourcing initiatives and operational improvement programs.
- Build and maintain a structured cost‑savings funnel to prioritize and drive high‑impact opportunities.
- Strengthen the overall supplier network by eliminating inefficiencies, consolidating suppliers when strategically beneficial, and renegotiating contracts to secure improved commercial terms.
