Global Sourcing Manager

The Role:

We are supporting a leading multinational technology company in recruiting a Global Sourcing role.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, strengthening supplier partnerships, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve cost and performance goals. You will collaborate closely with global teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with business objectives and evolving market dynamics. 

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage Collaborative Design Manufacturer suppliers and implement long-term supplier strategies aligned with business priorities.

● Lead supplier management, including contract negotiations, pricing, and performance monitoring.

● Partner with sourcing leads to develop and execute comprehensive supplier strategies.

● Drive cost reduction initiatives and proactively identify new sourcing opportunities.

● Monitor industry and market trends (e.g., component availability) and act promptly to mitigate risks.

● Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

● Ensure risk management and business continuity plans are in place to safeguard supply chain resilience.

Qualifications & Skills:

● 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally with exposure to Mechanical/ Finished goods procurement.

● Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

● Proven negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

● Experience collaborating across global regions (US, EMEA, AP).

● Background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and international procurement.

● Ability to analyze market drivers, cost structures, and financial implications of sourcing decisions.

● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
