Hardware Team Lead

We are seeking a Hardware Lead to develop innovative and reliable embedded connectivity products. This role is responsible for driving product development, providing technical leadership, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful project execution from concept through production. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in team development, engineering excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Team Leadership: Lead and develop a hardware engineering team through coaching, resource planning, and talent development.

• Product Development Ownership: Drive hardware product development from architecture definition through design, validation, and mass production.

• Technical Leadership & Risk Management: Conduct design reviews, assess technical risks, and ensure product quality, reliability, and execution success.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Firmware, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product teams to drive project execution.

• Hands-on Engineering Support: Provide technical guidance and support engineers in resolving complex hardware design challenges.

• Education: Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 8+ years of hardware design experience with at least 2 years of technical leadership or management experience.

• Embedded Hardware Expertise: Strong background in embedded hardware design, system architecture, and product development.

• Technical Judgment: Experience in technical risk assessment, root-cause analysis, design review, and quality management.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple engineering functions and stakeholders.

• Communication & Problem Solving: Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
