Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for checking the quality of incoming goods and setting and controlling product cost budgets.

Train, demonstrate, and guide bakery supervisors across different districts on production procedures.

Conduct regular market research on consumer preferences and demands to drive product improvement.

Regularly visit stores to review production standards and provide recommendations for enhancement and improvement.

Continuously improve existing products to ensure they meet company standards
Requirements:

Must have experience in bakery product production and store management within the bakery industry.

Over 5 years of relevant experience.

Basic Chinese and English reading and writing skills

Good communication abilities.
-
Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
