IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer

About the Role

We are currently partnering with a leading company in the semiconductor-related sector to hire an IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer.

This role plays a key part in maintaining day-to-day IT operations while ensuring the stability and efficiency of infrastructure systems across office and production environments. You will work closely with internal teams and regional IT counterparts to support ongoing improvements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including server environments, network systems, and enterprise platforms
• Ensure smooth IT operations across both office and production sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, network, and user environments
• Support infrastructure upgrades, system enhancements, and standardization initiatives
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to align with global policies and technical standards
• Assist in implementing IT governance, security controls, and operational procedures
• Work with external vendors for maintenance, procurement, and issue resolution

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations
• Hands-on experience in Windows environment, including AD, M365, and basic networking
• Solid troubleshooting skills with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Experience supporting enterprise or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured operational environment
• Good communication skills in English for cross-region collaboration
