We are seeking a strategic and experienced M&A Director to join a leading organization in the financial services sector. This role is critical for driving merger and acquisition strategies, managing complex transactions, and enhancing corporate growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mergers and acquisitions and a proven track record of successfully leading high-stakes deals.
Key Responsibilities

M&A Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement M&A strategies that align with corporate goals and market opportunities. -
Transaction Management:
Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning. -
Financial Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess potential acquisition opportunities and their alignment with strategic objectives. -
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify potential targets and assess risks. -
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors, including legal and financial consultants, to ensure effective execution of M&A activities. -
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Coordinate with various departments, including finance, operations, and marketing, to align on M&A strategies and integration processes. -
Performance Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and the board, providing updates on M&A initiatives and outcomes.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are preferred. -
Experience:
10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate development, with a proven track record of successful transactions. -
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas to diverse stakeholders. -
Leadership Qualities:
Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong decision-making capabilities.
