Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the local market and Global Headquarters.

Responsible for sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and achieving annual budgetary targets.

Formulate and implement regional strategies to support marketing initiatives and brand growth.

Collaborate closely with local distributors to cultivate and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Develop comprehensive business plans, perform competitive and market gap analyses, and lead New Product Introductions (NPI).

Provide up-to-date product intelligence, clinical training, and marketing collateral to physicians and distribution partners.

Plan and participate in local ophthalmic congresses, seminars, and academic symposia.

Conduct professional product demonstrations for surgeons and distributors.

Maintain a deep understanding of the Taiwan IOL market, including key accounts, healthcare/reimbursement systems, and the hospital tendering and bidding process.

Act as the designated window for Taiwan regulatory affairs and Pharmacovigilance/Medical Device Vigilance reporting.
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in the Cataract or Ophthalmology sector. Direct experience in Surgical Support (scrub-in/OR support) is highly preferred.

Proven familiarity with the Taiwan IOL landscape and an established network of surgeons and distributors. Experience in IOL product launches is a significant advantage.

Highly passionate with a strong sales-driven mindset and the ability to work independently with high self-motivation.

Fluency in Mandarin; professional working proficiency in English or Japanese is required.
